Inspar’s 12 Principles of Green Chemistry

  1. We believe it is better to prevent waste than to treat or clean up
  2. We believe that synthetic methods should incorporate all materials used into the final product
  3. Inspar Methodologies  use and generate no toxicity to health and  to the environment
  4. Inspar’s lining systems  preserve efficacy of function while reducing toxicity
  5. Inspar’s use of solvents are avoided as standard operating procedure and innocuous when used
  6. Energy requirements are recognized for their environmental impact and minimized
  7. Inspar uses renewable feedstock material whenever practical
  8. Inspar avoids unnecessary derivatization whenever possible
  9. Inspar utilizes catalytic reagents which are superior to stochiometric reagents
  10. We believe that products should be designed so that at the end of their function they do not remain in the environment unless as innocuous degradation products: we emit no endocrine disruptors, CFC’s, HCFC’s
  11. Inspar’s analytical methodologies allow for real-time in-process monitoring and control to avoid formation of hazardous substances
  12. Inspar only uses substances and processes  that are designed to  minimize the potential for environmental release.
